The firm was responsible for drafting the primary advertising Code of Practice in the marketing industry, the ASAI Code of Sales Promotion Practice (the ASAI Code), and advises numerous advertising agencies on best practice. This experience has enabled us to develop a wide client base and we provide ongoing legal advice to the ASAI in relation to updates to the Code in light of changing legislative policy.
