The firm continuously promotes and assists in the development of new strategies and innovative practices in the design and award of public contracts.

We have acted for both public and private sector defendants in a broad range of public procurement litigation in Ireland and before the European Court of Justice. Our firm brought the first procurement injunction application in Ireland under the Remedies Directive.

Our managing partner, Philip Lee was the author of the first published book within the EU member states analysing and explaining the public procurement directives (published by Butterworths in 1992).
