Eimear specialises in commercial property law and commercial lending. Eimear advises a range of commercial and institutional clients on a variety of development projects, including major local authority infrastructure projects.

Eimear has advised public and private clients on transactions such as share purchase agreements, commercial leases and the purchase and sale of office blocks and housing estates. She has also advised clients on the financial aspects of commercial property matters including raising finance secured by legal charges and guarantees.

 

Eimear graduated with a B.C.L. from University College Cork and a Diploma in Commercial Law from the Law Society of Ireland. Eimear was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2003.
