- advising clients on film financing transactions, sale and leaseback and other asset-based financing, with a particular focus on European co-productions, advising a major US studio on security arrangements in connection with the acquisition of North American rights to a feature film
- financing and production work on many feature films and television programmes
- advising film and television producers on rights acquisition, the engagement of "star" cast and other talent and the commissioning of score music and original songs
- advising clients on television and radio regulatory issues and making submissions in relation to broadcasting and communications legislation (on behalf of the Independent broadcasters of Ireland and other media clients)
